SF Monthly Programmes:

£65pm — 2-3 days per week personalised weightlifting programming designed to fit around your life and other training

£95pm — 4-5 days per week personalised weightlifting programming*

£25pm — Bolt-on: video analysis**

*Minimum commitment of 2 months. **Limited to 8 videos per week

Weightlifting coaching sessions:

£65 — Individual coaching online via Facetime*

£84-90 — In-person one-to-one coaching^

*Or equivalent video call hosting ^Price dependent on location

Small group coaching sessions:

£200 — 8 x 90min sessions with up to 5 other lifters*
