SF Monthly Programmes:

£105pm — 2-3 days per week personalised weightlifting programming designed to fit around your life and other training

£135pm — 4-5 days per week personalised weightlifting programming*

*Minimum commitment of 2 months. *Video feedback limited to 8 videos per week

Weightlifting coaching sessions:

£65 — Individual coaching online via Facetime*

£85-95 — In-person one-to-one coaching^

*Or equivalent video call hosting ^Price dependent on location

Small group coaching sessions:

£220 — 8 x 90min sessions with up to 5 other lifters*
